The Nintendo Switch 2 is set to release next week on June 5, ringing in a whole new era of video games for the Japanese tech company. Launching with a brand new version of Mario Kart, it's looking to be incredibly popular with pre-orders selling out almost everywhere in the run up to launch.

Nintendo tells users not to remove the protective film from the Switch 2's display, as it’s meant to stay there for the lifespan of the console.
