Dell has announced a new color option for the XPS 15, featuring a light silver lid and all-white palm rests. It's a refreshing change from black and silver.

Dell is adding a new color option to its popular XPS 15 laptop for the first time ever, and it’s a huge visual upgrade to the usual silver aluminum and black carbon fiber of the standard model.

Dell intros white XPS 15, new XPS Desktop and 32-inch curved 4K monitor White and silver are your summer colors.

The new models include larger 16:10 aspect ratio displays, and see Dell ditch legacy ports in favor of all USB-C. The XPS 15 is available now, with the XPS 17 arriving in the summer.

Dell noted that while the color of the chassis will be called Frost, the glass palm rest will be in Arctic White, adding a subtle two-tone finish to the XPS 15.
