The Knox County Sheriff’s Office reported an apparent murder-suicide that occurred Monday night in north Munday.

Knox County District Attorney General Charme Allen will decide whether to seek criminal charges in the death of Gibbs High School student Zach Munday.

Residents in Baylor and Knox County are still picking up the pieces after strong winds ripped through portions of Munday and Knox City last night.

Zach Munday, 15, died after a head injury in May. Now his parents are asking anyone with any information about what happened the night he was injured to come forward.

While it's only held once every four years, the hard-working people of Munday make sure the weekend festivities are memorable.

The Knox County Commission voted to approve the Advance Knox plan last month on the condition that the Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission approves its future land use map.

Knox County Commissioners also emphasized the project’s importance in supporting growth and improving the overall quality of life for area residents.
