Milton will probably make landfall Wednesday as a Category 3 hurricane, with the potential for a disastrous storm surge in the Tampa Bay area.

In a 5 a.m. ET update from the National Hurricane Center (NHC), Debby was located about 195 miles south-southwest of Tampa and about 255 miles south-southwest of Cedar Key.
