Stacker compiled a list of cities with the fastest growing home prices in the Boise City, ID metro using data from Zillow.

Boise is the nation’s fastest-growing metro area among the nation’s 100 largest, according to Forbes data, which show the Idaho capital booming in population, employment and home prices.

While housing prices in the Boise-Nampa metro area rose faster than in any other city in the US between 2018 and 2019, Idaho's per capita personal income ranks 44th in the nation.

Star, Caldwell and Nampa were among some of the fastest-growing cities in Idaho from 2021-2022, according to U.S. Census Bureau population estimates.
