The Learjet 55 medevac, registered as XA-UCI and operated by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, was flying from Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE) to Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) when the light jet suddenly nose-dived into several buildings in northeast Philadelphia soon after take-off.
