ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Whiskey River Pub and Grill is set to bring new life to the Port of Rochester by leasing the second floor of the port terminal, a space previously occupied by Jetty at the Port.

The space at the Port of Rochester first opened to the public in 2009 as Pier 45, closing in 2013. It was later taken over by Jetty at the Port, which closed in 2021 during the pandemic.
