A new Meta Quest update includes the ability to pinch your fingers to pull up the Quick Action menu. Meta is also adding a new way to share links from your Android device to your VR headset.

To turn it on, simply go to the Quest settings menu, head to the "Notifications" tab, and set the "Phone Notifications in VR" toggle to on.
