The Doctor's Building at 19 Garfield Place is a nationally recognized historic office building in downtown Cincinnati that will be converted to apartments for the first time in its 101-year history.

The Doctor’s Building and the Cincinnati Club, when built in the 1920s, were originally intended as part of a large-scale, multiphase development along Garfield Place known as Presidents’ Square.
