The statue was placed in Boca Chica near the Space X facility. Louis XXII also commissioned a large mural of the bad drawing with the words "Occupy Mars" in South Texas. The sculpture (which doesn't look too bad from the angle above) has lopsided features and doesn't exactly "give" Elon Musk.
