WAUPUN (WLUK) -- Another inmate has died at the troubled Waupun Correctional Institution, authorities said Monday. It's the fifth inmate death in Waupun in a 13-month span.

Waupun Correctional Institution's warden, Randall Hepp, is charged with misconduct in public office, Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt, who led the investigations, said at a news conference.
