President Trump on Monday signed a presidential memorandum to restore hard-line U.S. policy toward Cuba, reversing the Biden administration’s late-term efforts to ease some restrictions on the communist-run island.

The directive will enforce a statutory ban on U.S. tourism to Cuba while supporting an economic embargo of the country, the White House said.
