Coles staff have called a pay rise from the supermarket giant “insulting”, and say the company even offered them in-store gift cards if they voted to accept it.

An email sent to supermarket staff members reveals they will be receiving a Coles branded water bottle each, plus five 'mythanks' points as part of an in-house reward scheme.
