Completely tattooed man who had nose and lip removed as part of his bid to become a 'black alien' has two FINGERS cut off to turn his hand into a CLAW.

Anthony Loffredo, 33, is covered in piercing and tattoos to resemble an alien. He also got his tongue split and his nose cut off, however he claims he has only achieved 34% of his transformation.
