SEREMBAN: The national flag of China seen during a procession here on Saturday (Oct 14) was carried by a citizen from the republic taking part in an international festival, police clarified.

KUALA LUMPUR: The students who were seen waving the China flag at a private school in Penang in viral images recently, are not Malaysian citizens, says Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil.
