The new mascot will go into effect in the fall of 2025 along with a name change for the entire school, from Buford Middle School to Charlottesville Middle School.

High school sports fans can vote for their favorite mascot in the below poll from Aug. 15 until noon, Aug. 21. The winning school will be announced on GameTimePA's social media channels.
