Spectator Earl Dempsey stood with his hands in his pockets early Monday morning as he watched with awe a 160-ton radial press frame float its way to the Riverwalk Marina in Decatur.

The world's largest hydraulic radial press frame is bound for the Riverwalk Marina ramp in Decatur at 8 a.m. Monday, according to Carpenter Technology Corporation spokesman William Rudolph, Jr.
