A 60-year-old Black man with hypertension and type 2 diabetes presents with a 1-month history of a yellowish, green furry plaque on his tongue.

"My daughter was gang-raped and her spine was shattered. Her tongue was also cut. The administration, without our consent, poured kerosene on her body and burnt it," the father of the victim wrote.
