The Harford County Board of Education approved the pilot of the Benchmark Education Company and the program, Benchmark Advance for select elementary schools during the 2023-24 school year.

The new curriculum, Benchmark Advance, will take effect starting next school year. Sheli Amato, the district’s director of curriculum, provided a report on the new curriculum to the board.
