The Chicago Bears hired Ben Johnson as their head coach for a multitude of reasons. Atop the list is the expectation that he will be completely revamp the team’s offense.

In his three seasons as Detroit Lions offensive coordinator, Johnson led the charge with the resurgence of quarterback Jared Goff, a dynamic running back duo of Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery, and developing Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta into All-Pro players at their positions.
