A beginner beekeeping workshop hosted by the Haywood County Beekeepers Club will be offered from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at the Haywood County Cooperative Extension Center in Waynesville.

Beekeeping 101, a new program for the educational agency, begins in March. Participants will attend a classroom session on March 6 and participate in a hands-on beekeeping field day on March 8.
