Music sensation and Academy Award nominated actress Ariana Grande has joined the upcoming sequel to 'Meet the Parents' with Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro

Ariana Grande is slated to star in the next installment of the " Meet the Parents " franchise. Universal Pictures confirmed to "Good Morning America" on Friday that the Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated " Wicked " actress will star alongside Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller in the new film, which is expected to arrive next year.

The upcoming movie will revolve around Greg and Pam's son, as he gets engaged to an audacious woman who doesn't appear to be a good match for him.
