APD said the pedestrian was identified as Allison Sanchez. Sanchez after being struck hit by a vehicle was taken to a local hospital for medical care, where she would later die to her injuries.

Police said Child Protective Services took Allison Sanchez from her parents Juan Guzman, 22, and Betsabet Martinez, 20, and placed her in the care of Allison's aunt.
