A man was shot and killed by SWAT members after a standoff at an apartment complex on Monday morning, authorities say.

according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The call came in at 2:11 p.m. to an H-E-B on Jones Road near West Road in the Jersey Village area. HCSO Deputies and K9s were dispatched to the scene.
