Thanks to new rules, Philadelphia has an all-black helmet to go with their all-black uniforms. Philadelphia's standard home colorway of midnight green jerseys and white pants lands at No. 4 on the list. The white jersey and midnight green pants look smooth but are overshadowed by more pristine colorways.

The Saints' new white lid inverts the colors of the team's usual helmet palette, which normally features a black-and-white fleur-de-lis and center stripe on a gold background. The helmets will be defined by a white background with a gold fleur-de-lis and center stripe.

Another new aspect introduced on the throwbacks is the Pittsburgh crest near the left shoulder. That crest, which wasn't present on the 1933 uniforms, pays homage to the city of Pittsburgh. It's a celebration of the connection between the franchise and its city.
