Pittsburgh Pirates veteran Andrew McCutchen made history Sunday evening, hitting his 240th career home run as a Pirate to tie the legendary Roberto Clemente for third place on the franchise’s all-time home run list.

As franchise icons and jersey numbers go, Andrew McCutchen ranks behind Roberto Clemente in both categories. When it comes to home runs for the Pittsburgh Pirates, however, they are now tied. McCutchen hit a two-run homer against the San Diego Padres on Sunday,
