Yankees right-hander Jake Cousins is scheduled to undergo Tommy John surgery on Wednesday, manager Aaron Boone said. Cousins, who has not pitched this season, was an important piece in the Yankees’ bullpen in 2024 with a 2.37 ERA in 37 appearances.
