Gary Day, an Arkansas man accused of kidnapping and rape of a pregnant Wisconsin teen, pleaded not guilty to charges in Wisconsin court and is currently being held in jail.

The man accused of abducting a Beaver Dam teen has pleaded not guilty during a court appearance in Dodge County on Tuesday.

Gary Day faces two counts of abduction and two counts of child enticement. No trial date was set. He returns to court Oct. 7.
