A New Route for Half Marathon Runners
On Sunday, the runners will go over the Brooklyn Bridge for the first time because of construction in Lower Manhattan.
27,000+ runners take part in United Airlines NYC Half Marathon
The event, spanning 13.1 miles, saw runners starting near the Brooklyn Museum in Prospect Heights, crossing up through Eastern Parkway and Downtown Brooklyn and over the Brooklyn Bridge and into Times Square before ending in Central Park.
