NCP leader Baba Siddique was shot dead on October 12 in Bandra, Mumbai by three persons who used Dussehra fireworks as cover. Siddique, accompanied by one constable, was hit by two bullets. Police apprehended two shooters and recovered weapons.

On Dussehra on the night of October 12 three attackers shot and killed NCP leader Baba Siddiqui. Two of the threeattackers were caught by the crowd on the spot and handed over tothe police. One is absconding.
