As the Milwaukee community prepares to say their final goodbyes to Officer Kendall Corder, retired police officers are reflecting on the profound impact his death has had on those who once wore the same uniform.

Funeral arrangements have been made for the Milwaukee police officer who recently died from a shooting in the line of duty.

Patty Jerving's son, Peter, a four-year veteran of the Milwaukee force, also was killed in the line of duty in 2023.
