Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading global provider of technology and data, announced board authorization of its first quarter 2025 dividend of $0.48 per share, up 7% from its previous $0.45 per share quarterly dividend in 2024.

Intercontinental Exchange's board has raised the New York Stock Exchange parent's quarterly dividend by 6.7%, to 48 cents a share from 45 cents. The new payout, equal to $1.92 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.19% based on Wednesday's closing price of $160.70, up from 1.12%.
