The man accused of abducting a Beaver Dam teen and getting her pregnant will stand trial. The Dodge County judge made the decision during 40-year-old Gary Day's preliminary hearing Thursday morning.

The girl, who is now 17, allegedly met Day online. She is pregnant and the police believe her alleged abductor is the father.

BEAVER DAM, Wis. — The man accused of abducting a pregnant Beaver Dam teen could soon return to Wisconsin. Gary Day appeared in a Nebraska courtroom Thursday for an extradition hearing.
