The Minnesota Wild have traded veteran center Freddy Gaudreau to the Seattle Kraken for a fourth-round pick in this year’s draft.

The Wild get out of the remaining three years of the 32-year-old’s contract at $2.1 million annually. Gaudreau had a 15-team no-trade list.

Gaudreau has 152 points in 410 career games over eight NHL seasons, including three with Nashville and one with Pittsburgh.
