A Biden-appointed judge dismissed a lawsuit against the Trump administration on Thursday brought by FBI agents who worked on Jan.

In a move that many worry will open a door to public reprisal by President Donald Trump and potentially spark violence from his allies, a federal judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to stop the administration from publicly naming FBI agents who investigated the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

The federal government has been debating the best location for a new FBI headquarters for well over a decade while its current office space in the J. Edgar Hoover Building continues to deteriorate.

He also threatened to sue the WSJ over a report alleging he sent a 'bawdy' birthday letter to the late sex offender in 2003.
