Seeing The Mousetrap was a bucket list item well and truly ticked, and experiencing it at St Martin’s Theatre made it all the more memorable. The suspense, classic whodunit twists, and razor-sharp my…Full review by fatboyslimfast1

I have wanted to see the play "for ever" and it was very much as I anticipated, unsurprisingly very Agatha Christiesque! The theatre itself is in a great location, close to tube stations and surroun…Full review by Rachel A

I'm going to see The Mousetrap while in London. I looked at the seating chart and it was a little confusing, in that two seats next to each other could be different prices, and seats located behind others were more expensive, whereas I would have thought they would be cheaper. Is there a rhyme or reason for this? Any help for this first-timer going to see what I'm sure will be a wonderful play would be most appreciated!! Thank you in advance.
A:
Sorry I have no idea about seat pricing. The seating is very tight I am 6’2” and had to sit sideways knees against my friend. Pre-ordering drinks for half time is a good idea.

Is there room in the theatre to store a small suitcase as I will be travelling home immediately after the matinee performance and will have already checked out of my hotel

If you mean where you will be sitting then the answer would be no. Leg room is very tight, crossing your legs even difficult, though we are a tall family. My suggestion would be to ask the lovely staff in the ticket office if you could leave your suitcase with them. Back in the day I'm sure there was a cloakroom for checking in your coat etc, possibly still is.
Q:
Is your view obstructed on front row balcony seats?
A:
We sat to the far left so up against the wall if you will so there was a small part of the stage to the far left that we couldn’t see. But that was remedied by leaning forward a bit.
