The Sunset Road House is a two bed, two bath newly renovated 1952 homesteader cabin just 15 minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park in Joshua Tree, CA. We have designed this home so that our guests can unplug and relax while enjoying all the modern amenities. Enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the expansive deck and relax in the hot tub at night surrounded by open desert views, wildlife, and a starry, starry sky. We recently did a total renovation (down to the studs!) on this mid-century gem so it has every modern amenity for you to enjoy. It sits on 5 gorgeous acres which you can explore during your visit. You must drive a couple of unpaved roads to access the house but no visitor has had a issue so far, Prius included! Local residents include rabbits, roadrunners, turtles, coyotes and all manner of desert creatures. Our favorite thing about the property is that it truly feels like you are in the middle of nowhere.
