Hi, when buying a combined ticket for Sainte Chapelle and Conciergerie do you have to get in another line to enter the Conciergerie?

Yes. They are two separate buildings and the entrances are some 50 meters away one from the other. And, as far as I know, there's no way to get from one to the other.
Can you bring a mobility scooter in Saints Chapelle, Eiffel Tower(2nd floor) and the Louvre?

I don't think scooters are allowed in Saint Chapelle. . I don't remember seeing any elevators. Plus there is very tight quarters. I would definitely think in the Louvre, it is allowed …
