Yes, there are steps at the front of the facility but we do have wheelchair access through at the back of our facility. Once inside the wheelchair access is tricky but manageable through most of the facility. The front Pound yard, however, would be inaccessible by wheelchair. We have photographs for the pound area which complement the tour for those who can't make it down into the pound area. Due to the wall and steps being protected under the 'historic places trust' we can't add in a ramp or rails.
