I liked Fort Viewpoint that is a bit further from the road and from car parking more than this view point. In any case, you will still make better pictures than as if you were standing on the bridge.…Full review by Jana K

The Vista Point rest area is the first exit north of the Golden Gate Bridge, it is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week,Conzelman Rd is the second exit and the first actual road which takes you through the Marine headlines and that is the road that apparently is possibly closed you should have no problem accessing to Vista Point

You can see from a number of places. There is an overlook just after you exit the bridge which would be perfect
