the view was amazing, took a lot of photos, did a lot of walking on the bridge, climbing up the stairs and on the trail. a lot of walking to do. plus, it was very dry. Full review by Douglas M

Do a tour. We just walked up and were lucky to get tickets for the small tour. And it's worth it. You learn something about the history, see the turbine room and will go home with long lasting memori… Full review by Markus_Ldn

What we saw was that most people dont actually take the tour so a big queue was not really an issue to get tickets.

Inside tours were cancelled when we were there in mid Feb 2022. If you're driving, park in one of the lots (free parking) and walk the dam and the bridge. It's all free.

Depending on whether you're going to the south rim or west rim it's about an hour away. I definitely suggest doing the west rim over the South rim
