Unable to get access to the abbey at the moment. There is a fence up advising closed due to issue with falling stone. Able to view from fence.Full review by Pandabuddie

This is a fantastic abbey, which can currently be enjoyed only from the outside, as its condition has deteriorated. Still, it's worth passing through Kelso to see it, as well as the adjacent cemetery.Full review by TheShis
Hi, looking to plan a holiday in around September to Jedburgh and Kelso but looking to see how many dog friendly places there are. Is the Abbey welcoming to dogs please? thank you

sorry didn't take our dog I would imagine you could walk on the outside of the abbey with your dog. don't worry Scotland is very dog friendly where ever you go
