Hello, Motorized wheelchairs are allowed at Hay House and can enter the through the main Gift Shop Entrance at the rear of the building. The Ground floor and exhibit spaces are also accessible to browse.The house has many stairs, however, we do have a small elevator. I hope you find this information useful. From memory I think the tour was about 1 hour and we saw the first 2 floors. Then we had also paid the extra $4 to see the top floor bedrooms and the cupola which gave great views of Macon. Great house to tour and well worth paying the extra $4 to see the top.
Michael is correct. The tours are hourly. There is a $4 extra charge to see the upper levels or $20 at certain times for the "behind the scenes" tour. All very worth it.
