Fun time at the beach- you can jump off the pier as it’s not too deep maybe 15 feet. We found parking right away. They have stairs to get you back to the pier. Water is clear and beautiful. Full review by Cindy H

Sorry - I don't know either . since it's a public place I would think that checking with the local authorities would be the thing to do, as suggested by Andy L above..
