Few questions please ...what's the wether like now? Do we need jackets? for weather and jackets you refer the accuweather as had gone in August which was hot but now i think it is slightly towards colder side. From cable car you can go top of the narikala fortress and have a view of the city better at sunset time so that you see both the times. Also in day you can have sulphur baths and there is nearby one city named Mtshekta 1 hour drive there you have UNESCO heritage churches monasteries and nature which is very beautiful. Also in night you can see georgian dance with georgian food. The main tourist area of Tbilisi is near the narikala fortress.
