I have 3 kids and only one would be able to do the adult course, which I would have to complete with him. Is there somewhere my 2 youngest can safely wait while I do the adult course with my oldest since my 2 youngest wouldn’t be able to participate in it?

Yes, they have a less challenging course for the younger folks. This business is very safety focused. I think you will be impressed as I was only my only trip through there.
