Nice spot in the Millennium Park, fun for children and families. Changing faces fountains is an original idea to add to the image of the city. Extremely crowded and noisy on weekends.Full review by Noraatc

To be honest I’m not sure but when we were there it seemed to be very frequent because there were children playing in it for the duration of time we were there.
