Can you walk to Europa Point from the Caleta Hotel?

If you like walking you can do some via Devil’s Tower Road, up Winston Churchill Ave to get the #2 bus in Market Sq (just outside Casemates) to Europa Point
There is a fabulous restaurant in the parking lot - looks like a diner from outside, but the menu is surprisingly real food, and all meals were fabulous. What is the name of it?

The eatery in the car park is the Europa Point Express. They do really tasty stuff, and an absolutely over-the-top burger
