There are many small towns in ND; I would suggest visiting before moving. Regent is VERY small and I doubt that there is a hospital there. I have no experience with the WiFi there. I got the impression that the welcome to newcomers is limited if you plan to have a business in town that might be competition. There are a couple of eating places but we only stopped at the Enchanted Castle for lunch. Dickinson is about 35 mi NW of Regent and is a town of about 20,000 with all those amenities you mentioned (fwiw).
Q:
Direction to Enchanted Hwy from Regent? Or there's enough signs to direct us there once in Regent?
A:
I should follow up that while the museum and everything is free - these folks do appreciate any donations as this is how everything is funded in this small gem.
