I would say no. My mom was with me and she uses a cane,she was able to get around ,and she did go up stairs to the bedrooms,the staircase was very large with big steps.we …

My mom was with me and she uses a cane,she was able to get around ,and she did go up stairs to the bedrooms,the staircase was very large with big steps.we were a little slower than the group we were in,which is fine its not a race.A wheelchair I didn't see any access .I hope this helps you.
